How winners are selected?

Many of the winners had not finished the registration, login, and password recovery stages, according to my analysis of their entries.
Some of them made unsecure applications.
All of the information that other customers have saved on their accounts is accessible to anyone with a login to the website.
I believe the judge has not seen every entry.
